Jakarta).

Leading Ahead in Quality, Performance, and
 Attractiveness.
The IMAC 2011 Survey measures
corporate image based on the 4 dimensions, which are Quality,
Performance, Responsibility, and Attractiveness. The Quality dimension
deals with product quality or corporate services, the ability to
innovate, combined with the level of trust towards that particular
company. The Performance dimension deals with the company’s financial
performance and its ability to grow its business. The Responsibility
dimension deals with the company’s regards to the surrounding
environment and social responsibility. And the last dimension,
Attractiveness, includes the corporate image built by the qualified
employees and the ability to make it a choice of place of work. This
year’s IMAC Survey results is published in Bloomberg Businessweek
Magazine in their 13th of June 2011 edition.
In 2010,
the result of the survey shows that, on average, the highest corporate
index came from investor assessments, followed by business subjects, the
community, and then journalists. In today’s 2011, the highest corporate
index comes from the community’s perception. This shows that the public
communities are well informed about MBTO’s positive activities and
performances all throughout the end of 2010 until the first semester of
2011. Bryan David Emil Tilaar also stated that he dedicates this award
to the public communities, investors, journalists and all the relevant
parties who has entrusted their beauty and body care to MBTO, which
manufactures and markets 9 beauty brands.
“On behalf
of the MBTO directors and Martha Tillar Group management in general, we
would like to give thanks and gratitude the All-Merciful,
All-Compassionate God for this award that we have achieved. This is due
to the hard work and cooperation of all the employees, management,
shareholders, Dr. Martha Tilaar and family, public shareholders, all the
business partners, suppliers, distributors and consumers,” said Bryan,
also adding that with this IMAC 2011 award, he hopes that companies will
continue to grow under the principles of good corporate governance,
fitting to the expectations of the shareholders, investors, capital
markets, employees, communities and consumers in order to contribute to
the national economic growth.
