

                    Jakarta (24/8) To increase business growth and 
strengthen products penetration in the Modern Trade Key Account channel,
 PT Martina Berto Tbk (MBTO) in cooperation with PT Tigaraksa Satria 
Tbk (TGKA). Both companies are already known as big companies that has
 good experience in their respective field for decades. MBTO is one of 
Martha Tilaar Group's unit business, cosmetic, personal care, and herbal
 manufacturer. Meanwhile, TGKA is a national scale company moving in the
 logistic and distribution field that is supported with infrastructure 
and distribution networks to reach a wider market in Indonesia.
Today,
 August 24, 2021, in Bekasi, West Java, the signing ceremony between 
both companies was done by Lianne Widjaja as the President Director of 
TGKA and Kilala Tilaar as the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group. In this 
collaboration, MBTO products include Sariayu, Rudy Hadisuwarno 
Cosmetics, Mirabella Cosmetics, and Biokos will be distributed to Modern
 Trade Key Account TGKA throughout Indonesia. MBTO optimists that TGKA 
networks and reach will be able to evenly distribute MBTO's products 
from Aceh to Papua along with the expansion and growth of Modern Trade 
outlets to small cities in Indonesia. Besides that, TGKA also known as a
 distribution company that has a good system for managing supply chain, 
inventory control, and integrated online data sales that connect Central
 Warehouse, Branch Warehouse, and target outlet so real time data is 
accessible and will be more accurate. 
For the early stage, this 
strategic cooperation between MBTO and TGKA will be running for 2 years.
 With business potential worth Rp70 billion in the first year, MBTO is 
targeting 10-15% business growth each year.
We are optimistic 
that this collaboration with PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk will sustainably 
increase our business growth in modern trade each year because it is 
supported with good distribution management. With 100% national coverage
 in Modern Trade Channel that PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbh owns, we hope our 
products will be wider and evenly distributed to the outlets that fit 
our products. Thus we hope PT Martina Berto Tbk products will be closer 
and reachable by customers throughout Indonesia. Parallel, we are also 
considering for other channel expansion with PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, said Kilala Tilaar.
Lianne Widjaja added more explanation, The 
addition of new principle is one of the strategies that PT Tigaraksa 
Satria Tbk do each year to encourage revenue growth. Therefore, we 
welcome PT Martina Berto Tbk to expand our consumer product segment, 
moreover, as the pioneer of local product in Indonesia, PT Martina Berto
 Tbk's products have been known to the public.

points and value, history, and experience in decades that owned by each 
company, both Lianne and Kilala optimist MBTO and TGKA will have good 
synergy and integrated to be a positive power that beneficial and 
strengthening each business growth in the future.
