Dr. (H.C.) Martha Tilaar’s Achievements in Her 79 Years of Anniversary

On September 4, 2016, Dr. (H.C.) Martha Tilaar entering her 79 years of blessing. In her not-so-young-anymore age, she still gives her best performance in work and give so many contributions to beauty and herbs world in Indonesia. Even in the past five years, at least there are eleven achievements on her journey. These are Dr. (H.C.) Martha Tilaar’s achievements from January 2012 to August 2016:

• August 2016, received the award Budaya Parama Dharma from President RI Joko Widodo
• May 2015, received the Women Leading the Way Award from Indiana University Women’s Philanthropy Council
• October 2014, was chosen as one of the 99 Most Powerful Women from Globe Asia Magazine
• September 2014, had been awarded Indonesia's Inspiration from daily newspaper Seputar Indonesia
• September 2012, had been awarded Life Time Achievement from daily newspaper Seputar Indonesia
• September 2012, had been awarded Honorary Principal Engineer in medicine & herbal category from the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT).
• June 2012, had been awarded Ganesa Widya Jasa Utama from ITB, for her achievement in developing Indonesian indigenous cosmetic with natural based.
• June 2012, PT Martina Berto, Tbk had been awarded “Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards 2012” in Green Leadership category.
• May 2012, had been appointed as one of Board Members of United Nations Global Compact by H.E. Ban Ki-Moon, UN Secretary General
• March 2012, had been awarded as Tokoh Wanita Penggerak Kewirausahaan from the Ministry of Koperasi & SME
• January 2012, PT Martina Berto has been awarded as Pioneering Technology Award from Ministry of Industry, that given by President RI Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
