For Humanity, PT Martina Berto Tbk Gives Donation to People Who Affected by the Covid-19

In almost two years, Covid-19 has brought significant impact to various parties in the country, in terms of economic and social. Through its CSR commitment to share with others, PT Martina Berto Tbk continuously helps the government to break the Covid-19 chain and the community impacted by the Covid-19 by giving a social donation, as well as to internal members of the company.

For the internal member of the company, PT Martina Berto Tbk has held “The Healthy Pack for Employees” program that giving donations to its employees who suffer from Covid-19 and should quarantine themselves at home or hospital. The healthy package that consists of medicines, such as paracetamol and cajuput oil, herbal drink, milk, instant foods, and other family needs are given since June 2021.

For the external community, as its sympathy and to help medical staff immunity so they could stay healthy in doing their good work and to speed up the recovery of the patients who quarantined at Covid Emergency Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Haji, PT Martina Berto Tbk gave 2.000 boxes of Berto Imunku. Formulated by Indonesian native herbals that proceed with hygiene modern technology, Berto Imunku serves as an immunomodulator that helps to improve immunity in a natural way.

The donation is handed directly to the representative of the Indonesia Ministry of Health, Dr. Mukti E. Rahadian MARS MPH as the Coordinator of Strategic Environmental Policy Analytic field of Healthy Determinant Analytic Center of Health Ministry and the Caretaker of Philanthropy Logistic at RSDC Wisma Haji, in July 30, 2021.

To relieve the burden on the community caused by Covid-19, from July to August, PT Martina Berto Tbk also send a social donation to some of the orphanages, foundations, and social institutions, such as household needs for Kasih Harapan Foundation (orphanage), vitamin and medicines for Samadi Foundation (orphanage), household needs, daily needs and cash for Nairuk Umroh (a boarding school for the orphaned), milk and household needs for Fajar Baru (orphanage), daily needs, stationary, allowance and medicine compensation for Niqi Foundation, and in the near time the company also will send daily needs, stationary, desk and sleep equipment for Riyadhul Yatama Foundation for orphaned and dhuafa. Through these donation programs, Martha Tilaar Group wants to share happiness with them.
